We have adapted the new weekend in Dubai and have the following opening times since 1 January 2022:

We currently have many selected Dubai Properties for sale for you. All properties exist, are suitable for buyers of all nationalities (Freehold), from serious sellers and are listed only once. Many prices are negotiable.

All selected Dubai Properties are located in the city of Dubai. We offer all types of properties, from the studio apartments up to 5 bedroom penthouses, 2 bedroom townhouses up to 8-bedroom mansions and entire residential buildings with multiple units for investment. Commercial properties such as offices and restaurants are available on request.

We get new property listings daily. These need time to be evaluated and listed. Our existing clients have first pick.

Some sellers offer very attractive payment plans without bank involvement.

Holiday: Islamic New Year

On the occasion of the Islamic New Year, Friday, 21 July 2023 has been declared a public holiday in Dubai and the rest of the UAE. The last working day before the long weekend is Thursday, 20 July 2023 (until 5pm). The first working day after the long weekend is Monday, 24 July 2023.

The only working day before the long weekend is Monday, 26 June 2023 (until 5pm). The first working day after the long weekend is Monday, 3 July 2023.
